I am originally from Colorado and grew up in Limon. I moved to Kansas in 1992 when I got married. My hobbies include scrapbooking, crafts, reading, traveling, and following my children's and grandchildren's activities. I also enjoy going to sporting events.

I am the K-12 school counselor for Centralia School. I have been with this school district since 1992.

I am also SADD sponsor, TASMAD (Take a Second Make a Difference) Sponsor, and Class of 2017 Sponsor.

I taught high school English for three years at Strasburg High School in Strasburg, Colorado.

I was a school counselor for one year at Westminster High School Westminster, Colorado.
